Build-out of 136,000 gsf of an historic seven story concrete building for use as a co-location internet data facility. An interstitial steel framework was utilized to support all the utilities and data cabling. Enhanced seismic criteria were utilized for the design of equipment support and bracing. The accelerated schedule necessitated a fast-track type approach to the design process.
