Mesa Verde Country Club

This two story 42,000 gsf. private country club features an 18 hole golf course, restaurant, banquet room, pro shop, administrative offices, meeting rooms, locker rooms and a golf cart storage and maintenance facility. This project included a major functional renovation, an addition, and a structural retrofit. The building consisted of wood and steel frame construction. Close coordination between all disciplines during the design and construction phases resulted in the selection of efficient and economical construction solutions.
