Regional assembly and distribution center for Wyle Laboratories’ microelectronic products. The 200,000 square foot structure consists of a steel joist and metal deck roof and 40 foot tall tilt-up concrete wall panels. The building also includes a two-story 40,000 square foot storage mezzanine. A high bay clear height of up to 36 feet was required to accommodate the extensive systems of suspended conveyors and mechanization.
